This API documentation provides a comprehensive guide to assist developers in integrating their boarding systems with SoftPoint dashboard. Our dashboard is a powerful tool that provides real-time access to all of your boarding data in one centralized location For Ecommerce, Iframe, and Card Present (Terminal) integrations. By integrating your boarding system with our API, you can easily automate the process of transferring data to our dashboard, eliminating the need for manual data entry and streamlining your business operations.

In this documentation, you will find detailed information on how to connect to our API, authenticate requests, and retrieve data. SoftPoint supports multiple environments designed to meet varying stages of development, testing, and production readiness including:

• Developer Sandbox API: A Developer Sandbox Location is designated for testing and development purposes. It mirrors the functionality of a live account, enabling developers to work with real tools and features in a risk-free environment. Changes made in the sandbox do not impact live data or systems.
• Lab Location: A Lab Location provides a controlled environment for evaluating SoftPoint’s products and services in the live production setting, without being billed for product services. It allows clients to explore and test functionalities without being subject to immediate regulatory or operational constraints.
• Production Location: A Production Location signifies a fully executed agreement, inclusive of all applicable fees and cost structures. It reflects the activation of the client’s live account and the commencement of operational use of SoftPoint’s Gateway solutions and services.
